I'm a third-year undergraduate at UC Santa Barbara, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English and Geography with a minor in Professional Writing for Journalism. Through my varied coursework, I'm combining journalistic writing with environmental science and data visualization. I'm especially interested in journalism that explores the intersection of the environment and humanity. Through my work, I aim to uplift communities and tell stories little explored by the media. My articles and broadcast productions help audiences understand complex topics and platform an array of diverse voices. In my free time, I like to paint, rockclimb, and play pickleball.
